Duke and Duchess of Cambridge win an injunction preventing further publication of topless photos

She’s practically a princess isn’t she? So it’s not surprising that whatever K-Middy wants, K-Middy gets.

The Duchess and her royal hubby will be delighted to hear that an injunction has been granted by the French courts preventing any further publication of those topless photos of her.

The photos in question have already been printed in French Closer, Italian magazine Chi  and the Irish Daily Star, as well as being available online, so to be honest it kind of feels like the injunction is redundant now, doesn’t it?

The court has imposed a daily fine of €10,000 (£8,060) if the images are republished.

Meanwhile Kate and Wills are still on their tour where they have been seen posing alongside topless women. We say no more.
