In the eternal quest to have what she's having Australian Vogue have scrutinised Kate Middleton's beauty regime. Then came the beauty maths, which shockingly totted up to one very expensive beauty habit.

Costing over £30,000, the annual princess beauty diaries look a little something like this.
Fortnightly Deborah Mitchell Bee Venom facials, £4200. Richard Ward thrice weekly blow-dries, Keratin treatments, cuts and colour, £12,126. Fully stocked Bobbi Brown make up kit (including favourites Long-Wear Even Finish Foundation, Sheer Color Lip Gloss, and Creamy Matte Lip Color), £633. Karin Herzog skincare (including her favourite Professional Cleanser and Vita-A-Kombi 1 day and night cream), £818 per year. Weekly manicures and pedicures by the Jo Hansford team, the very same nail experts Kate asked to do her bridal white nails on the big day, £4315 per year. A year of weekly professional tans, approximately £8,029. Two bottles of Illuminum, the fragrance she chose for her wedding, £200. And a body to match, £1300 for twelve months of thrice weekly sessions.

We know that looking this good takes time - as well as a wardrobe budget that hit £35,000 in six months - but until now no one knew it took Catherine quite as much maintenance or money.
