Nicki Minaj & Nicole Kidmans other half confirmed as American Idol judges

Following much, much, much speculation it was revealed yesterday that both Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban will be judges on the new series of American Idol alongside already confirmed judges Mariah Carey and Randy Jackson.

The Twitter account for the show announced the news saying:

“It’s official! Your Season 12 Idol judges are Mariah Carey, Randy Jackson, Nicki Minaj and Keith Urban. Meet the judges.”

Shortly afterwards Cheesy Seacrest, who presents to the show, Tweeted this lovely snap (see above) of the stars together with the Idol producers ahead of the show’s launch.

Earlier this year it was reported that Mariah agreed to star on the reality programme after signing a $18million deal, so we imagine Nicki and Keith have made a similarly tidy profit as well.
