Report: Amanda Bynes Battling "Serious" Mental Health Issues

Her recently earned reputation as a scofflaw may be just the tip of the iceberg for Amanda Bynes.

According to TMZ, the "Easy A" star is also battling serious mental health issues, as several people from Equinox gym in West Hollywood have witnessed her bizarre behavior.

Going into detail, one person claims she came to workout this past week looking dazed and started having a conversation with herself while another insider says the 26-year-old actress was using the elliptical when she suddenly stopped and "started laughing hysterically for no reason." Apparently this happened multiple times, while concerned neighbors have also come forth to comment on the odd behavior.

As previously reported by GossipCenter, Amanda was charged with two counts of hit and run, had her license suspended, was pulled over for driving without headlights and bumped into another vehicle while her license was already suspended.
