Tara Palmer Tomkinson has a new song and music video. Lets take a look shall we?

Yup, Tara Palmer Tomkinson – the socialite who was once famous about two decades ago – is making a bid for chart success with a new song called Five Seconds. It’s a move none of us could have, or wanted to, predict but we’re pleased to report both the tune, Tara’s vocals and indeed the video for it are all absolutely brilliant.

Ahahahahahaha – had you there for a second didn’t we? No, as you might expect it’s three and a half minutes of cringe, but well worth a watch for exactly that reason.

It’s a ballady number croaked out by Tara (she’s definitely not singing it that’s for sure) while she indulges in every music video cliché including: moody black and white snuggling with a male model, random singing in a forest, pouty looks to camera and “sexy” scenes in a swimming pool. And of course by “sexy” we really mean not sexy.

Have a ganders at it if you’ve got a spare few minutes, it really will brighten up your day.
