Justin Bieber gets most ludicrous lawsuit launched against him yet.

Though he may be a baby-faced 18-year-old Bieber has already had more lawsuits launched against him than The Sun and The Mirror put together.

We have a feeling this latest one however won’t get too far as it’s clearly the most preposterous thing we, and indeed the authorities in the US, have ever heard.

The singer is being sued by a, so far unnamed, man who’s claiming Bieber stole his credit card and bought penis enlargement pills with it. He also says he’s Selena Gomez’s father, claims Bieber’s mentor Usher sexually assaulted him and also alleges the pint sized star cheated on his “daughter” with the likes of Ke$ha, Rihanna and Penelope Cruz. The lawsuit begins:

"Bieber has cost me $426.78 and never paid me back. This money was used as abortion money because Justin Bieber got my daughter Selena pregnant in my bedroom, on my canadian bear rug (sic)."

Now we shouldn’t laugh but he then adds: "Usher Raymond came to my house on the forth of july 2012 and sodomized me with a firework and lit it inside my anal area while blaring kate perry firework song in my ear drums.

"[Bieber] gave selena a std and Bieber stole my credit card to buy him and sean p-ditty cmobs cocaine to use in drug free school zones. Bieber also got a penis enlargement with my stolen american express card."

The lawsuit simply ends with the statement: "I'm an emotional mess ... America must boycott biebers music!"

Somewhere in America right now, Mariah Yeater is probably cursing herself for not having thought of this.
