Katie Price releases a statement addressing Leos comments that her 'brain is not wired right'

Well, we imagined Katie Price woud hit back at the comments made by her ex fiancé Leandro Penna straight away.

But no, she’s waited all day before giving us an update. A short while ago she posted a statement on her wesbite, entitled Leo and I update.

It read: ‘I was surprised to see the stories in today's papers supposedly quoting Leo on our break-up.

‘We had perfectly friendly contact this morning, he denies saying those things, and anyway they make no difference to my enduring affection for him.

‘We are good friends and will continue to remain so, I still care for him and believe he's a gentleman, and I wish him and his family nothing but the best for the future.’

Wow is this going to be a first for Katie- an amicable break up?  Unlikely but this does instil a little hope in us.

Leo reportedly told South American Cara magazine: “I left her simply because she is crazy. Katie’s brain is not wired right, or the wires don’t connect properly.

“I don’t know what’s wrong with her. I was thinking it over recently and one day I packed my bags and left.

"There was nothing else I could do. She was driving me insane.”

Hmm, so what do you think, did Leo really say the above?
