LA Reid to leave the X Factor USA judging panel

He was Simon Cowell’s dream panellist and he spent a long time trying to lure him to the show, but now LA Reid has decided not to return to X Factor USA after this series.

Like the UK version of the show, the American counterpart has suffered from dwindling ratings this year despite the addition of Britney Spears to the judging panel.

In October Simon confirmed that there would be a third series of the American X Factor, but as yet it’s not know who’ll replace Reid.

Someone actually exciting we hope.
