Lindsay Lohans probation revoked following a court hearing
As was initially speculated, Lindsay Lohan’s probation was indeed revoked by a judge during at a court hearing earlier.
The actress - who wasn’t present at the hearing – was facing charges of lying to the police about being behind the wheel of a car which was involved in an accident back in June.
A new trial date has now been set for January 15th (what a great way to start off a new year eh?) at which it will be decided whether or not she’ll be sent to jail. The sentence carries a maximum of 245 days in prison, but if experience has taught us anything she’ll actually be free again within 2.45 hours.
So you think there’s somewhere they can exile her to where she just won’t get up to anymore shit? Like the desert or something?
