Victoria & David Beckham lose 7mill. So just some small change for them then?

Even though they’ve got a combined fortune of £165million (sorry, can we just take a moment to bask in that sum please?) we should imagine Victoria and David Beckham won’t exactly be happy to hear that they’ve lost £7million over the last four year.
The credit crunch has meant that their mansion in Beverly Hills has gone from being worth £11million in 2007 (when they bought it) to just over £4mill.
Posh and Becks were considering selling the pad now that David’s contract at LA Galaxy is up, but now they’re having second thoughts. A source told the Daily Mirror today:
“David and Victoria originally considered selling up but then had their home valued. Unfortunately, they bought it at the peak of the housing boom and before the US property crash.
“Despite spending heavily on the place over the years, it simply doesn’t make sense to sell up now. They will hold on to it, use it as their Californian base and hope the market picks up.”
The decision means the pair will also have to keep employing a team of staff to work at the house while they’re not there.
They meanwhile have been spotted house hunting in London.
