Good year ahead? Lindsay Lohan's lawyer says she's in for a 'lucky 2013' as she fails to show up at court

She didn’t exactly have the best end to 2012, but apparently this year is going to be a very good one for Lindsay Lohan.

According to the troubled star’s lawyer, a 'fortune teller has predicted an extremely lucky 2013' for his client.

The bizarre news comes as the redhead failed to show up to court on Monday.

While Lindsay was enjoying a nightclub crawl in London, her smartly dressed lawyer, Mark Jay Heller, pulled up outside the courthouse in a flashy Rolls Royce and carried a Louis Vuitton briefcase as he addressed the press.

According to MailOnline, Heller said: 'Ironically a physic fortune teller has predicted that the year 2013 will be an extremely lucky year for Lindsay Lohan.

'And with her spectacular talent and great looks I believe that all she really needs is a bit of luck.'

He went on to say that the Freaky Friday star is simply 'a victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame.'

As well as her alleged financial problems- which saw her take money from Charlie Sheen – Lindsay was arrested at the end of November for reportedly punching another female in a Manhattan nightclub.

The actress was charged with third degree misdemeanor assault following the incident, but Heller believes there will be no case against her.
