Red and black were popular colors this week with celebs wearing both hues to everything from award shows to high-profile premieres. Forms of embellishment included asymmetrical details, peplums and floral accents. The Fall 2013 collections still gained traction on the red carpet, but there was also a nice mix of Pre-Fall, Spring and Resort looks.
