After tweeting about her first American Vogue cover, only to panic and remove it, of course Rihanna would announce her second one in 140 characters or less. She writes, "It's a big day for me!!! I'm shooting my SECOND AMERICAN #VOGUE COVER and it's with none other than thee Annie Leibovitz again! #VogueLife." So expect to see her on their December cover, and expect to see this tweet deleted in about two and a half seconds.
